We offer a comprehensive induction programme and on site learning which includes NVQ Level 4 Residential Childcare Award or NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management Award dependent upon your skills and experience. All staff complete a 3 Day PACE Therapeutic Parenting course which is a DDP informed approach to parenting children who have experienced developmental trauma.
